Here's What You Will Learn in This Course

  • Quieting your self-criticism and inner critics that block access to your inner wisdom.

  • Developing an inner relationship with all your feelings and avoid being hijacked into reacting rather than responding..

  • Recovering awareness of your body's implicit forwarding process and the "felt sense" of what it knows about your deepest truth.

  • Becoming the self-compassionate resource for any "emotional stoppage" due to heart-wounds and trauma without having to relive the past experience.

  • Acquiring skills that you can use for a lifetime to quiet your mind, tap into deep inner wisdom and creatively respond to any situation with confidence.

How Can These Skills Help in My Everyday Life?

  • When your inner critic raises its voice that judges you: “You should have known better.” “You should have known better.” “You can’t change.” The inner critic sometimes is less direct and plants the idea (as if it is your own) that “Whatever I do has to be perfect” or “Don’t express an opinion unless you know everything about the issue.” You can overcome self-doubt and self-judgment and find confidence in being yourself.

  • When you find yourself feeling stuck and caught up in habits that hijack you from what you really want to do? We can be sidetracked by searching the internet for more information, binge-watching moving, social media or computer games? This course will assist you in being with the “something in you” wants to divert your attention away from what you want to accomplish. You will be able to become unblocked and move forward with what you want to create.

  • When you have one of those stressful days at work or you're overwhelmed by the daily responsibilities of life, imagine if you could have a way to pause and find a peaceful sense of your truest self and step back for being over-whelmed. This course with help in those situations to find the peaceful, inner wisdom to creatively respond to stressful people and overwhelming situations.

Finding Your Quiet Inner Wisdom for Confident Living

Finding that you can actually pause, be present in the moment and with a quiet mind you can find a life-affirming response instead of reacting and regretting it.

  • Confidently Create Your Life

Confidently making decisions from an inner awareness and deep felt-knowing that fuels persistence rather than procrastinating, avoiding or delaying for the "perfect time."
