Participants Sharing Their Experience

How Can These Skills Help in My Everyday Life?

  • When your inner critic raises it's voice that judges you: “You should have known better.” “You should have known better.” “You can’t change.” The inner critic sometimes is less direct and plants the idea (as if it is your own) that “Whatever I do has to be perfect” or “Don’t express an opinion unless you know everything about the issue.” You can overcome self-doubt and self-judgment and find confidence in being yourself.

  • When you find yourself feeling stuck and caught up in habits that hijack you from what you really want to do? We can be sidetracked by searching the internet for more information, binge-watching moving, social media or computer games? This course will assist you in being with the “something in you” wants to divert your attention away from what you want to accomplish. You will be able to become unblocked and move forward with what you want to create.

  • When you have one of those stressful days at work or you're overwhelmed by the daily responsibilities of life, imagine if you could have a way to pause and find a peaceful sense of your truest self and step back for being over-whelmed. This course with help in those situations to find the peaceful, inner wisdom to creatively respond to stressful people and overwhelming situations.
